Benny Goodman's SWING INTO SPRING TV special broadcast April 10, 1959 sponsored by Texaco was a smash hit. Texaco responded with a souvenir LP produced by Columbia. It's all reissues of older Goodman material from the Columbia archives. Liner notes were minimal. But, it's a nice souvenir of the great Goodman band. 1. The Earl 9/25/41

Many Thanks for this post. My parents got this LP brand new from our Texaco dealer, Mr. Dunn, in Venice, California. I used to listen to it for years before I lost my LP collection. I also had the Charlie Ventura LP a long time ago. Thank you for posting it too.
